Seroflo Inhaler 250mcg asthma medications contain the active ingredients, salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate, which provides relief of the symptoms of and prevents asthma attacks, treats chronic bronchitis, and disorders of the pulmonary glands.Salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate keep in check and prevents symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath caused by asthma. Salmeterol is a long lasting beta controller and Fluticasone is a corticosteroid, together they prevent asthma attacks and reduce inflammation in the lungs allowing the airways to open up. This medication will not stop an asthma attack that is in progress.
