All efforts are made to full-fill all the placed orders. From our online store, you can buy everything from doxrid pills to any other kinds of prescription meds. However, due to unforeseen circumstances certain orders are not processed and need to be cancelled. The reasons may range from limitations on quantities available for purchase to stock unavailability to issues identified by the credit or fraud avoidance department. Rest assured, as our customer service will always keep you in the loop. We offer full refunds in genuine cases.
Non-Receipt of Payment
The order is treated as cancelled if it is unpaid.
Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation may take place on the immediate intimation of a cancellation notice. In case, you wish to cancel an order, you can get in touch with our customer care service who will cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, if the order is already processed and is being shipped, cancellation may not be allowed. In some cases, it can happen within 12 hours after placing the order.
The refunds policy is very simple. If the transaction was made through credit card, the refund would be transferred back to the credit card. If it is check / money order then the check/ money will be sent back, if the same has not been deposited. These will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. Refunds are usually processed in less than 10 working days. If the payment is made by check or money order; it could take more time for the check to be delivered to the billing address, and for the funds to be credited to the account after the deposit of the check.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
