Duralast 30 mg is a prescription medicine containing the active ingredient Dapoxetine, which belongs to a class of selective serotonin inhibitors (SSRIs). You should not consume alcohol or grapefruit juice within 24 hours of taking this sexual dysfunction drug as this can increase the level of this medicine in the body. The use of this sexual dysfunction drug is contraindicated in case you have any heart problems, severe depression, a history of fainting, mania, and moderate to severe liver problems. The medicine for premature ejaculation should not be used if you take medicines for depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, serious pain, migraines, herbal medicine, antibiotics, or drugs to help you sleep. If you must take any of these medicines, you need to wait for two weeks after you stop taking any of these; medications before starting Dapoxetine 30 mg. Once you discontinue this sexual dysfunction drug, you will need to wait for a week before getting back to your previous treatments. Side Effects of Duralast 30 mg

Common side effects are headache, feeling sick, or dizziness. Stop taking Duralast 30 pills and see your doctor straight away if you have fits, notice changes in your mood, feel lightheaded or have any thoughts of suicide. Other common side effects of the medicine include feeling irritable, agitated, anxious, restless, difficulty getting or keeping an erection.
