Fintop Cream (Butenafine Hcl 1% 15gm)

Fintop Cream is a topical preparation used to treat a variety of fungal infections, including pinworm infestation, ringworm, infestations, jock itch, athlete’s foot and other skin infections caused by fungi. Your doctor may also prescribe this medicine to treat a fungal infection called pityriasis in which there is lightening or darkening of the skin of the chest, neck, arms, or legs. The active ingredient in the cream is Butenafine, which prevents the growth of fungus thereby inhibiting their spread.

What are the uses of Fintop Cream?

Fintop cream is formulated to treat, control, and prevent the following fungal skin infections:

• Ringworm
• Pityriasis
• Athlete’s foot
• Jock itch

The usage instructions of Fintop Cream

A thin layer of Fintop 1% cream needs to be applied on the affected skin. Make sure you apply the formulation on a cleaned skin. Gently rub the preparation until properly absorbed into the skin. Wash your hands after applying the cream. The dose and duration depend on the intensity of the infection and the rate of recovery from the infection. Patients are advised to apply the antifungal formulation until the symptoms of fungal infection disappear completely. The medicine cannot be used near the eye, vagina, nose, or inside the mouth. Try not to miss applying the cream even for once as this can delay the results. So make sure you are applying the cream daily to get rid of the infection.
