Silybon 70 mg is a prescription medicine for the treatment of hepatic dysfunction. It is proved effective in improving liver function in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases such as liver cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) and liver damage. The medicine falls into the category of drugs known as Silymarin. Silybon 70mg is a medicine with hepatoprotective functions, and its active ingredient Silymarin works by protecting the liver against free radicals produced by toxins. It forms a complex that prevents the entry of toxins into the liver cells.
