Kegel exercises:

Kegel exercises are considered one of the best exercises men can do for better sex as it is known to strengthen and tone the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles and the perineal muscles. The PC muscles are those which help you to control the flow of urine midstream and perineal muscles are the ones that support erectile rigidity and helps to maintain erection.

How to do:

Before starting training the Kegel exercises you need to identify the PC muscles. For this you need to start by interrupting the flow of urine in the mid way to identify and make yourself familiar with the muscles in your pelvic region. After identifying the muscles, you can do kegels anytime, anywhere by squeezing the PC muscles, holding it up to ten seconds and then relax. You can repeat the process of squeezing, holding and relaxing at least 10 times in a go till you tire.

Weight lifting:

Weight lifting exercises are often related to the increased production of male hormones like testosterone that are necessary for the increased sexual drive and to have better sexual endurance. To improve the sexual energy you can try various weight lifting exercises for men as these exercises will help you build muscles, strengthen your shoulders, chest and abs. The upper body strength is very necessary as such muscles are used in sexual intercourse.

Stability ball crunches:

It is a more effective variation of abdominal cramp. It will not only help to strengthen the core of the body, it will also help you balance during intercourse and prevent muscle injuries during thrusting while in bed.

How to do:

Take a large stability ball and place your lower and middle back on the ball. Now firmly place your feet on the floor and place your hands on the back of your nape. Then roll back and forth slowly lifting your chest. This exercise will help you to strengthen your abdominal muscles.

Stability ball bench press:

It is one another easy exercise man can do for better sex. This variation of bench press will help to strengthen the biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, and forearm muscles etc. This increased muscle mass will make you feel stronger and look better.

How to do:

Place yourself on the stability ball just like you did in the stability ball exercise. Now push a pair of dumbbells from a definite position to straight up. Do at least three sets of 25 repetitions. To strengthen and work out your triceps change the width and position of your arms. This exercise requires a professional trainer to teach first.

Fast walking

It has been reported in various health magazines that in ageing men aerobic exercises work magnificently to improve the condition of erectile dysfunction and keep it away altogether. It is reported by Harvard researchers that at least 200 calories are burnt during an aerobic exercise of 30 minutes (or equal fast walking of up to two miles).

Fast waking is known to improve the sexual life as it helps to improve the sex life. Among various exercises men can do for better sex, one is brisk walking. Brisk walking is known to improve the oxygen circulation in the blood and thus keep blood vessels clear. Hence, they help in longer and stronger erection.
